Relighting the Fuse
This is a story about speed. Specifically, the speed with which we had to make these events happen!
When Truact officially signed on to sponsor the series of three Festival of Fire fireworks shows it was only 10 days before the first event. Having committed a considerable amount of money for the sponsorship, naturally they wanted to get return on that investment. First and foremost, that meant providing a first class experience to all of its guests in their exclusive VIP viewing area. The experience actually started before they even arrived; to avoid horrendous traffic, guests were provided free parking at a harbourside hotel, from where they were shuttled to the site by boat.
Once there, they enjoyed live entertainment, a full range of fine wine, beer and other beverages, and a sensational buffet themed to each evening. (The fireworks shows were based on Italian, Spanish and Canadian themes.) They were also presented with a number of Truact branded gifts. Of course, the highlight of the evenings were the spectacular fireworks displays, and all guests had prime viewing locations.
But we didn't only focus on our VIP guests. The company also provided over 600 prime viewing grandstand seats to nurses to acknowledge their courageous work throughout Toronto's SARS outbreak. And on Canada Day, we handed out 5,000 branded fabric frisbees to all children who visited on Canada Day.
All of the invitations, giveaways and other event elements described above were produced and managed by the Invisions team in a period of only three weeks.
